BEMEN CONCEPCION, PHILIPPINES COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVE

Bemen Concepcion has been with Scott Wilson since graduating with a degree in Economics in 1999. Bemen had since been working as a researcher and the office administrator for SWIFT in Manila and had been designated as a marketing assistant for the Company's International Division for online monitoring of prospective projects funded by various multilateral bank agencies. In 2006, Bemen was designated as Marketing Coordinator for Southeast Asia providing direct assistance to all offices within the region, as well as being the Philippines' Country Representative.

Under the supervision of the Regional Director, Bemen provides administrative and marketing support activities for the division and does client meetings as necessary to promote the Company's services and expand the firm's client base. Bemen also assists in the preparation of EOIs and proposals. Bemen started a regional marketing electronic library to house the firm's marketing files, records, certificates and other related documents. Through the creation of such e-library, it will be able to provide assistance as a one-stop shop in the preparation of Expressions of Interests and Technical/Financial Proposals.

Over the years, she has compiled over three hundred researches on a diverse range of subject, including transportation, management, engineering techniques and country statistics database.
